Hazendal really does have something for the whole family. Designed to be fun for riders of all ages and abilities, the MTB park has a variety of track options and features to hone riding skills. 

Hennops MTB Trails

Hennops MTB Trail’s unique features are the Hennops river flowing through a valley bordered by mountain ranges to the north and the south. This gives our 90% single track purpose-built mountain bike trail a variety of terrain, some steep climbs and descents, lots of natural obstacles and great views to enjoy.

Karkloof Country Club

Situated a few kilometres off the N3, just over an hour from Durban and 5 hours from Johannesburg, the beautiful Karkloof valley in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands is fast becoming one of the premier mountain biking destinations in South Africa.

Giba Gorge Mountain Bike Park

Their trails are spectacular as well as challenging. When you follow a specific trail there also alternate routes that are easier. You need to be very vigilant of all signs as some routes are designated for hikers. Some short ones are for both riders and hikers.

Howick Mountain Bike Club

Howick Mountain Biking is a specialist Mountain Bike Club formed for those who are passionate about Mountain Biking. We are located in Howick in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands of South Africa and do most of our riding in the plantations between Howick and the Karkloof.

Cascades Mountain Bike Park

Cascades MTB park is the home of Mountain biking in KZN. Cascades has been host to the 2009, 2011 , and 2012 World-cups. Cascades has a number of XCO, XCE and Down hill trails. The public are free to use these trails at no charge.
